Burndown chart not showing data calculated by issue count

In the Sprint Burndown Burnup Chart Gadget the graph reflecting the data calculated by issue count does not appear, however, when I click on scope, burned or remaining, the list of issues in those states appears.

This is a gadget provided by our app Great Gadgets for Jira. Not sure what could be wrong, but you could try checking the option Refresh cached data at next display from its More settings tab and see if it makes any difference.

Thanks for your answer. As you can see in the graphic, there is no issues. However, if I click on "Burned", I can see the list of DONE issues. How can I solved it?

Hi @Lidia Elvira Gómez,

Click the "..." in top-right corner and click Configure. Go to More Settings tab and  select "Refresh cached data at next display", then click Save.

Ootb there is no dasboard gadget called Sprint Burndown Burnup Chart Gadget.

Or are you referring to reports?

Can you provide more context, like sharing screenshots?
