Quiero recibir notificaciones en el correo cuando una tarea/s esté a punto de llegar a su deadline. Por ejemplo el lunes recibir notificaciones de las tareas que se van a terminar el viernes de la misma semana. Se puede?

Puede crear un filtro JQL simple para identificar los problemas y el período de tiempo. Luego cree una suscripción contra el filtro para enviar un correo electrónico.
O
Puede crear una regla de automatización basada en un desencadenador programado. Incluya JQL para identificar los problemas y el período de tiempo.

No es necesario crear la variable. Simplemente coloque el JQL en el activador Programación.
