CSV upload for issue link

Hi,

  I am trying to bulk upload csv with column Issue link, I tried multiple ways to upload with Inward and Outward link(Break down) , whenever issue gets created in Jira it always has Issue Link -Break down to and don't get as Break down from.

Can you please let me know ,how to achieve this.

Hi @Suma Pralhad Kustagi ,

After you upload the CSV file and map it to the project, in the next step, it shows that the fields should be mapped. During this step, you will map the fields and select the type of link you want in the "Link Issues" section.

@Geethanjali Katagani  I have tried that way, the problem is after ticket is getting created I would need it as IssueLink Breakdown from and not Breakdown To

Hi @Suma Pralhad Kustagi ,

can you share the csv file format as you uploaded, because sometimes it depends on the file format.

also check ,if your issue link types appear in issue link options.
