Can Atlassian ai agents do this ?

Can i with the help of rovo ai agents or just by through atlassian summarise my jira tickets based on their description and status and then send this summary to a group of peoplr via email in every 15 days.
Now i want to automate this process is this possible to do this with atlassian ai ?
