Can CSAT field be included in non jira service management projects?

Hi @Joan Andreu Juan Torrens ,

The CSAT Feature is only available in the Jira Service Management product - ie in Service type projects. You could perhaps build something similar in jira software to allow  the reporter to rate the ticket handling via a custom field and create dashboard reports based on this field.

Yes, that's the alternative.
