Can I connect to an Oracle database table to populate a custom field?

We have an Oracle database.  I'd like to be able to have a custom field point to a table/field to populate the values.  Is that possible for JIRA Cloud?

Hi Alexey,  Thanks for your input.  Unfortunately, these are Server only and not available for Cloud.
