Can I create a JIRA roadmap that covers multiple projects?

We have a services-based architecture and we use projects to track tickets on a per-services basis. I.e. the Front-end application is one project and the backend API is a separate project. 

However, we work and plan out of a Master board and backlog that includes all projects. I'd like to be able to create a roadmap based off all epics in this master board, not just those from a specific next-gen project, is this possible?

Thank you for reaching out to Atlassian Community!

Currently, on a next-gen project, it's not possible to edit the roadmap filter, so it will only show the Epics from that specific project where the roadmap is.

You can use Portfolio for Jira that gives the ability to add multiple projects on a plan and roadmap.

We have a feature request suggesting the implementation of this ability:

• As a project manager, in order to have a big picture of my projects, i need to see epic from different projects in the new gen roadmap
