Can I create a new card on a board from a comment?

I am trying to figure out an easy way in my workflow to create cards from comments in another card on a board. For example:

I log my site testing for the day and make comments about issues/notes that I need my team to know. We keep the original card for logging what was tested that day and file it away. However, for each individual issue that needs to pass to dev team, we take the comments and create a new card. 

Anyone have any ideas how to do this?

Hello, you can use a free plugin Automation Lite for Jira

You can define a trigger there which will be Comment Added in your case and then action which will be Create Issue. You have to create an issue which will be chosen by the board condition.
