Can I have subtasks as a hierarchy in Portfolio Cloud?

Hello,

I have a set of important subtasks that I need to see in portfolio. This article about portfolio live plans says they are avaiable and in the configuration I can add them as hierarchy but later they do not appear in my plan.

Am I doing something wrong? Is it not possible to filter by them?

Thanks for reaching out to the community, and apologies for not getting to this sooner, but since this was posted there are some changes to be aware of, the original question is in relation to Advanced roadmaps Live Plans, which are in the process of being phased out in favor of the updated planning experience, more details on this can be seen here:

However, even though the planning experience has been updated and a few things are changing related to your original error there are still some things that could cause this behavior in the new experience as well, check out the following thread that discusses a similar error on the new interface:
