I'm having an issue getting the Date Time Picker custom field to display an actual date in a reporting filter. Is this possible?
My goal: setup a filter that shows the date that a ticket went in progress using a post function in the workflow for the "in progress" status into a custom field type Date Time Picker. I'd like for the filter to show the actual date and not relative time. I'd also like to extract this filter into a CSV and see the date and the timestamp in any user's preferred timezone.
I'm kind of at a loss on what I could do to achieve these 2 things.
If I use the Date Time Picker field type, the CSV extract looks flawless, but the filter data shows "2 days ago" and not an actual date.
If I use the Date Picker field type, the filter screen looks flawless, but the CSV extract timestamp is in UTC.
Is there not a way to have both? Maybe I'm missing some functionality or an obvious workaround, but have been stumped on this one for the last week or so. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There is an unresolved change request about being able to see actual date/time in the filter results. Apparently the display of relative time encompasses the past 7 days, after which actual date/time are displayed.
