My team uses Power BI to track customer feedback. We want to know if it is possible for any negative feedback received via our Power BI survey to auto generate an issue in a Jisa JSM or Jira Software project? Currently, we are manually creating issues each time we receive negative feedback.

You don't enter data into Power BI - it is a reporting tool showing you information that already exists in Jira.
