Can email handler be configured for Team-Managed project type?

We have a project where mail handler is configured in our Jira server instance that we want to migrate to Jira Cloud. Our preferred choice would be for the project type in Jira Cloud to be a 'team-managed business' type. Does this type of project support email handler? If so, how do we set it up?
