Can't create a JIRA Classic Templates anymore
Hi there,
I want to create a new project. I can select the Next Gen template only (Scrum/Kanban) but I can't create ANY Classic template (Scrum/Kanban) - It is just no longer coming through.
We thought it was our license, but it is not.
Can you please investigate ASAP.
Many thanks,
Marion
Is it possible that your admin has disabled creation of projects other than NG?
Hi Jack,
I'm a site admin on JIRA. I have all site access.
I can create as many projects as required.
I can create next generations templates only -
I receive this error message when I am trying to create a classic template (Scrum and/or Kanban)
See screenshots attached below.
It seems some people had encountered similar issues in the past, and has to do with a JIRA bug and the JIRA team may have to fix our database? Can you please let me know?
Marion
