I get the following error when trying to use either old-gen (classic) Scrum or Kanban projects templates to create a new project.
It appears tho as if the project is created somewhere because if I try to create a project with the same name, it will instruct me that the project name already exist. And it also associates an issue type scheme with it - which is originally why I am trying to use the old templates since I cannot associate an ITS with a next-gen Scrum or Kanban template.
Hi Madalina,
I've checked that you contacted our support and the problem was resolved.
The solution for this issue was to manually update the global issue type in the database, where we need to run some queries to find what issue type is being affected.
Another workaround is to delete the Agility project that has the problematic issue type, but this is not viable in most cases.
If you have any other question, please count on us!

Angélica
