Can't generate Version Workload Report

We can generate Time Tracking Reports and User Workload Reports, but not Version Workload Reports. The error message we see is “You can not use this parameters combination due to security limitations”. I was unable to find out what those limitations are. I also didn't find this error message through search engines or on this forum. We tried with different users, all had the same problem. 

How do we fix this? Thanks!

Hi Thomas,

I have not seen this either. 

• Do you have issue level security set?
• Do you have any limitations on time tracking?

I see you have created a ticket with the Support team.  Once you generate the Support Zip and upload it they'll examine it and help you determine why this is happening.  Once they've determined the issue please let the Community know the resolution in case anyone else runs into this or a similar issue.

Sorry, I only saw your reply now. A Jira Update in September 2018 fixed the issue for us. I think the cause was somewhere between Jira and the Field Security Plugin. Thanks!
