Can't see the project on a combined board

Jary Nubla September 30, 2024

I created a board which is a combination of the different ongoing projects we have. However, I am not seeing one of the projects. All projects are team-managed and the board I created is in a company-managed project. I'm a Jira admin as well.

I tried filtering the board I created with just that one project and it didn't show as well. But when I use that JQL to just view the issues outside of the board, it works fine. Any idea how to fix this? Thanks

Welcome @Jary Nubla ,

Depending on the type of board use, double check if there's any sub-filters that could prevents issue shown.

There a similar post to this:

Follow the guide and see if it works out for you.

Hi Benjamin,

Thanks for your link. Unfortunately, I have removed the sub-filters but still encounters the same problem. Below is the screenshot for my board settings.
