Can we add new labels for a particular project in Jira Datacenter

@Anil Labels are global in a Jira instance and will be available to all projects.  You can use components and they will only be associated with the project that they are setup in.   I believe that there are some label apps in the Atlassian marketplace that can provide this functionality.  Here are some links to help you out.
