Cannot disassociate a project from a priority scheme

This same problem is happening with two different projects. I am trying to change their priority schemes.  I have done this for other projects many times.  For these two, the most recent two I have tried to change, they have ended up being listed under both priority schemes and I cannot remove them from either.  When I go to project settings, they both show the old priority scheme that I am trying to remove them from.

Screen shots show that the project PST Simulation is appearing in both Priority Scheme with Blocker and PST Product Standard Priority Scheme.  When I try to delete it from either scheme, I get the message "We couldn't update the scheme. Refresh the page and try again."  Refreshing doesn't help. I have tried this on several days over the past two weeks.

Any ideas?

Hi @page.partain ~ maybe try a different browser or clear your browser cache and try again?  If that doesn't work, you might want to submit a support issue.  Also, https://status.atlassian.com/ is not showing any current issues with Jira Cloud.
