Reporting a problem - currently, cannot sync data from Jira to Excel using add-in.
Below page keeps on loading. I have remove and re-add the add-in in Excel. Also restarted by PC and excel. Same issue.

There's also another KB article where you can try following the steps for clearing the add-in cache (in Excel): Jira cloud for Excel add-in doesn't load data, JIRA.JQL formula changes
On top of that, there's a reported bug about the add-in and the never-loading data, but that's when you already sync complete authorization: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-93057
If you have other users who could test this, I'd recommend checking if the issue appears for them as well, although this seems like a caching or authorization issue connected to your device/account.

What you are running into is unfortunately a fairly common issue with Atlassian's Jira Cloud for Excel add-in. As Tobi mentioned, sometimes clearing the add-in cache or reinstalling it helps, but often the root cause is deeper (authorization loops, caching problems, or just instability of the add-in itself).
