Hi,
In our Jira instance, when we press the main "cancel" button under a sub-task we have a popup window to explain the reason of cancellation.
At the bottom of that window, there are two buttons, one to cancel the sub-task and the other to cancel the request for cancellation.
Is there a way to change one of the buttons to say "confirm" to confirm the cancellation instead of the confusing two cancellation buttons?
I am attaching a screenshot to better help understand.
Thanks in advance,
Avihai
Hi @Avihai Vahab ,
You simply have to change (or ask your jira admin) the name of the specific transition. Currently the transition has the name "Cancel". But if you change it to "Confirm" then the button on the transition screen you pasted, will be renamed to "Confirm" as well.
To do that:

Hi @Alex Koxaras _Relational_ and @Fabio Racobaldo _Herzum_ ,
Is there a way to maybe change the left side button, changing the workflow name causes a lot of issues for us, so I was wondering if I can change the default cancel button to say: "back"?

@Avihai Vahab unfortunately you can't changed the "right" side button, which is Jira's default functionality. You can only change the transition name.

Hi, @Alex Koxaras _Relational_
We have the same issue, seeing two cancel buttons:
However the transition is already renamed:
Any idea what I am missing?
Thanks in advance.
EDIT: found the workaround JRACLOUD-65322

Hi @Avihai Vahab ,
unfortunately that is the name of the transition and you have no chance to differentiate label from transition name. Please consider to edit transition name in your workflow.
