Change project type

Hi, how can I change a next-gen project to a Support project?

First of all, welcome to the community! Unfortunately, once a project is created you are unable to change the project type.

If you accidentally made a Software project instead of a Service Desk Project, you would need to create a new project. If its just a situation of which template you used for a JSD project, thats no big deal. You still cant change the project type but the templates only preload that project with specific issue types/request types. All of that can be modified in the project settings.
