Hi all
I get the difference between "Jira Software" and "Jira Service Desk", but I'm confused by "Classic Business Projects".
Firstly - what's the licensing for business projects? I have the majority of my users on Jira Service Desk licences but they can still access Business projects, so is Business a freebie essentially?
Secondly - is it possible to implement WIP limits within Business projects?

Let me try to explain.
Jira Core
Jira Software = Jira Core + Board
Jira Service Desk = Jira Core + Portal
Apart from the free version on cloud. None of the application is free. Use Jira Core if you need to just to issue tracking or task management. Probably for business projects or non technical projects.
Jira Core projects don't have those Board features you are looking for.
