Condition on Child Type in Automation

Hi,

Will the automation below in the attached work: I'm going over a list of tickets with different types. One is Questionnaire and the other is Deployment. According to the type I'm copying data to the parent.

Will the automation here continue on a Deployment task to the second stage after the If Questionnaire type failed?

If not - what should I be doing?

Hi @Dd

No your setup will not work the type doesn't equal Deployment the rule will stop.

You will need to use the IF/Else condition to make this work.

  1. Trigger
  2. If/else conditon
  3. if issue type matches then branch
  4. else if issue type matches then branch
