GOAL: Automate meeting notes in Google Docs to populate in Jira and Confluence?
PROBLEM:
(1) Want to create meeting notes that can automatically be captured to Jira Backlog.
(2) These captured Backlog "Issues" can also be automatically be captured in Confluence.
(3) Confluence captured items can be organized according to day, week, or month.
FEATURE LIST
First Core Feature: Open Google Docs > Choose "Take Meeting Notes" option > notes taken turn into Jira Issues in the Backlog
Second Core Feature: The populated Jira “Issues" in the Backlog > automatically populated in Confluence. Notes and action items can be searched in Confluence by Date/Week/Month. Also be exported from Confluence.
