Contact Administrators receivers

Hello, 
some of my non-admin colleagues are receiving mails from Contact Administrators. 
I found option to turn form ON/OFF, but is there option where I can select receivers of that mail?

welcome to the Atlassian Community!

The form for "Contact Administrators" is sending mails to all Jira administrators of your instance.
As you stated non-admin colleagues are receiving those mails I urge you to review the groups of administrators. There must be colleagues in it which you are not intend to be contained in it (exception would be a very special mailing list configuration mistake on your end - I'd say this would be a sensational coincidence and not very likely).

As soon it is clarified is there are some additional users in admin group I'd like you to refer to the Suggestion with Atlassian for the question if the form has configurable recipients:

At the moment there is no such option - but in case there are enough likes on the above mentioned Suggestion this maybe will be implemented - so feel free to leave a like.
