Could NOT parse license type code

when I install Plugins, for example language-zh_CN.jar . The page of Plugins show Could not parse license type code , and the plugin couldn't install . I want to know where is wrong ?

Hi Yu,

We dont currently support third party plugins within the OnDemand platform, and this is the type of error message you will receive after attempting to install the plugins:
