Create JIRA Issue on Bitbucket Pull Request creation

Hi,

I am using JIRA Software and Bitbucket Data Center Versions.

Both servers are linked and based on Comments/Commit Messages, I can see bi-directional linking.

My requirement is to Create a JIRA Issue(ex. Task) on Creation of PULL REQUEST.

Similarly each and every comment to be created a "Sub-Task" in JIRA.

What is the best possible options?
