Create script to retrieve all custom field values for a given project / issue

Hello,

I'm looking to create a script that, for a given project, cycles through all the issues (open or closed) and captures the name and value of any custom field that has data in it.

If possible, I'd also like to know what Screen Tab the relevant field was in.

Any help would be greatly appreciated :)
