Creating a Listener it will be displayed as a Bundle Exception ,why?

I created a  listener and implementing the IntializingBean and DisposableBean Interface In that am getting the Bundel exception.

In this case Without implementing the Intializing bean and Disposable bean  you can implemant the  JiraListener, LifecycleAware interfaces.
