Creating specific link relationship between issues multiple times

Hello all,

I would like to ask you if there is a way to prevent creating the same link relationship between issues in jira.

eg We have 3 different issues:
AB-1, AB-2, AB-3.

We should be able to create the below links:
AB-1 relates to AB-2
AB-1 relates to AB-3

We should not be able to create the below more than one times:
AB-1 relates to AB-2
AB-1 relates to AB-2
