Custom Field... return pick options for a version in same project

I would like to create a custom field called "Found in version" that would have a picklist where the options would be the versions in the current project. Is this possible?

Yes, it is possible, just use the Version picker field type. But you could also use the existing Affects version field, that is what that field is intended for.
