Hi, I am trying to add customer fields in filters in the list view but nothing is appearing any tips what I am not doing correct?
Hi @Simon Webb
Welcome to Atlassian Community!
Under Date Range, you can filter the issue by Start Date.
Kindly check if this is what you are looking for.
Thank you,
Ashish
Thank you for reply, but the field is called 'Actual Start' and 'Actual End'
Many thanks

Hi @Simon Webb
Please ensure that 'Actual Start' and 'Actual End' field are enabled for the project then these fields will be visible in filter under custom field.
Thank you,
Ashish

Hi @Simon Webb
Go to Settings --> Issues --> Custom field -->
Search for the field Actual Start/Actual End and see if these fields are enabled for the project.
If you see something like below, it's mean field is enabled for all the Jira Projects
After that Go to the Project Settings --> Issues --> Screens and see if the fields are added to all the associated screens.
If fields not added to the screen then, you can add the fields to the screen from the drop down
Thank you,
Ashish

Hi @Simon Webb
welcome to the community!
Were you able to resolve this issue?
Otherwise, if you're open to solutions from the Atlassian Marketplace, you may want to have a look at the app that my team and I are working on: JXL for Jira.
JXL is a full-fledged spreadsheet/table view for your issues that allows viewing, inline-editing, sorting, and filtering by all your issue fields, much like you’d do in e.g. Excel or Google Sheets. It also comes with a range of advanced features - including support for (configurable) issue hierarchies, issue grouping by any issue field(s), sum-ups, or conditional formatting - and works across any number of projects.
Plus, if a field is not available for a given issue, JXL will still allow adding the field to the sheet, and provide an explanation on what might be missing for the field to work.
This is how it looks in action:
Any questions just let me know!

Hi, these are Actual Start & Actual End.
Basically I'm looking to filter by user and an option to filter by a chosen Start and End time if possible?
