Custom Paragraph field seems locked

I just created a custom paragraph field called "workaround". It is displaying on the ticket with no issues, but I cannot click it in at all. I am an admin of the project, Org Admin of our Jira instance, and I've created many other custom fields with no issues like this.

Hi @Nikki Hailey 

It seems that the field isn't included in the Create/Edit screen, so it can't be edited.
