Customfield WAS Operator

Hi All,

Just was wondering how to search and revert (restore) an old value for an custom field in JIRA.

Ex: let's say I have an instance of 200,000 issues spread across 200 projects.

then I have modified 25,000 issues from value A to Value B Instead of Empty.

How do i get the original value back apart from reverting the instance since I have aleast 100 to 200 updates in an hour.

Thanks in advance,

Regards,

Rathna

WAS only works for a small handful of system fields at the moment.

I can't think of a simple way for you to revert, beyond sticking a backup into a development system and searching that for any changes you might have made in error.
