Customise notification emails

For a project, can I customise this email and add more custom fields in the email? Thank you.

Hi @sophie.jim 

It is not possible to edit mail templates for Jira notifications only JSM customer notifications are available. There were a feature request JRACLOUD-7266 recently closed and Atlassian did not prioritize that. 

I saw this thread in which @Darryl Lee suggests a customized approach using Automation for Jira, perhaps it could help your use case.
