Customization of text and symbol in view issue in jira projects

Hi Team,

We want to know that is there any way through we can change text and use icon symbol in place of it in Jira UI.

We want that in place of workflow in Jira UI, there should be Status. And also is there any way to use watcher symbol in place of watcher label in UI.

Is there any postfunction or script there, through which we can do this.
