Customize Priority

We have a need to have for priority
P1 
P2
P3
P4
  We also need to include in this  
S1
S2
S3
S4

we need severity level as a P1 alerts all hands and kicks off P1 calls when an issue can be a severity level of 1 but not at the P1 state.

Here is what is currently in place, can you list steps to add severity levels?  It will only be 1 selections  either a P1 or an S1

You will need to create a new custom field with the four S options.

You do not want to include your severity in the priority, they are different things.
