Dark and light yellow internal comments?

Does anyone know why some internal comments are a dark shade of yellow (see examples below)?  It's not your comments or the latest comment so what's the logic?

Most comments are the lighter shade of yellow and on returning to issues the dark shading doesn't always persist.

Maybe it reflects if the comment was shown to the user, eg if you didn't see it yet, it would be highlighted. For your own comments, those would 'fade away', right away

Fun fact: my old side monitor didn't display those colours at all!
