Default description in Forms

Hi all! 

Is there any way to add a default description in Forms? 
Otherwise our customers should copy table for filling and add it to description manually.

If I correctly understand you, try to create a form template with the text field as you need.

 

And change the Label to your custom. So, your customers shouldn`t copy the table for filling and add it to the description manually.
