Is there a way to limit developer access at Board level?  Developers can update/view tasks/issues in one board but not in others

Permissions are applied at a project level, not board.  The boards respect those permissions

It wouldn't make any sense that I could edit an issue via one board and not another, there's no good use-case for this.
