Hello,

I'm currently working on a project that is attempting to make a machine-learning plugin that can do basic functions such as story point estimation, category recommendation etc.

Would JIRA Cloud or Server be more suitable for this project? I've weighed up both but can't come up with a clear answer.

Also is it possible to develop a plugin using a Python back-end (due to it's machine learning libraries)?

I can't seem to find a clear answer on what infrastructure is used.
