Hi!
Our software engineers develop several products. However, we have only one JIRA Service Management project with one Service Portal and one e-mail for requests project@company.atlassian.net
Is it possible to create a second e-mail product@company.atlassian.net in JSM and connect it to a special Queue in the same JSM Project?
I know, we can do it using request groups in the Customer Portal, but can we do it using email requests?
Thank you!
Something to try…
with each JSM project Atlassian gives you a dedicated email. You also have the option to add a custom email. Try to configure both. I just verified in a test project that I could create issues sending to both addresses concurrently.
now you have to figure out how you want to separate these out in your queues. In my test I associated a different request type for each of the two emails.
