Disable custom field based another another field value

Hello, could you please advise water if it's possible to make a custom field disabled while creating/editing an issue if another custom field is set to a certain value in the Jira Cloud version?

E.g.
Custom fields:
'Downtime expected' - Yes/No field
'Downtime start time' - Date/time field
'Downtime end time' - Date/time field

if 'Downtime expected' is set to No - > both of the above date/time fields become uneditable.

Hi @ekaterina.zadorozhnaia - Unfortunately, this is not possible natively with Jira Software projects.  There may be a 3rd party option on the marketplace.
