Disabling Hipchat so it doesn't appear in JIRA issues UI

Currently Hipchat appears with other elements in every issue. We don't use it (we use an alternative internally) and it prompts questions from clients.

How can we remove it the interface? It's never been configured in our cloud instance:

Try disabling the "Hipchat for JIRA" add-on under UPM - https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/UPM/Disabling+and+enabling+add-ons
