We are currently using Jelly script to "AUTO-ARCHIVE" the issues after reaching certain period. But since Atlassian on-Demand does not provide the jelly script enabled we would like to know if there is any other alternative option/plug-in available to "AUTO-ARCHIVE" issue created as it is the mostly used option in our production version to manage the issues that are not been approved by customers for a long time.
Please let us know the alternative option for "JELLY SCRIPT" as soon as possible.
Thanks,
Sriveni
Not really, there's no scripting on Cloud instances of Jira.
I suspect the best you can do is use a remote REST call to pull the results of a filter and then push the issues through your auto-archive transition.
