Do we have any system field for tracking the total time lead time

Hi All,

Do we have any system field in Jira to find the lead time (time between request received to delivered)

And possible to find cycle time as well ( time between request started working  to delivered)

No but you can use a plugin to setup a calculated field or export into excel and do the math yourself between the two date fields such as created and resolved dates.

One of such plugins is Time Between Statuses.

It lets you to customize the calculation to get the Cycle and Lead Time of your Jira issues. You can set timer by choosing start/stop and optionally pause statuses. Also, you can configure time limits and email notifications when your deadlines are exceeded.
