When creating a Jira database in MS SQL Server, Atlassian directs you to create an empty schema (e.g. "jiraschema") for the database. https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/connecting-jira-applications-to-sql-server-2017-970613480.html

however, in the instructions for Azure SQL, Atlassian has no such requirement. Is this intentional? Is it a typo?
