We currently have enterprise subscription and we are needing a Jira expert to help guide us in our workflow build out, is this supported in any way to get a Jira contact per our subscription or is this no longer available for the Enterprise level subscription? I used to have a Jira contact at my previous position
Enterprise does offer enhanced support including a dedicated support team and phone support. I'm not sure if guidance on configuration is covered.
There are also Solution Partners (full disclosure: I work for one) that can also offer that kind of guidance.
