If you can provide more details about exactly what you would like for it to do, we can give you more guidance. But I used Jira for facility maintenance with a previous organization by using Jira Service Management.

With your previous organization, did you create an automation for recurring maintenance tasks like replacing filters and scheduling inspections? I'm struggling to create an automation that works as I expect.
