Done epics are showing now jira backlog board epics panel, earlier they are hidden till yesterday. not sure any setting is changed. can anyone suggest.

This is a known new bug.

Go there and click on "this affects my team" and also Watch it for updates.

This should be resolved now. Atlassian has implemented changes that should fix the issue.
